What we collect

When you leave a review you may choose to share your name, mobile number, email address, visit date, treatment and therapist. All of these are optional — you can review anonymously.

How we use it

Only for the purposes you agree to: identifying your visit, following up on your feedback (if you consent), sending occasional promotions (if you consent), and publishing your review as a testimonial with your chosen display name (if you consent, after management approval). Contact details, booking references and private notes are never published.

Who can see it

Only authorised Grace management staff, via a secure sign-in.

Your rights
